1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DigitalNovex, a premium digital brand operated by DRPS INDIA (GSTIN: 09CCFPR0249R1ZV). By accessing our website (www.digitalnovex.com) or availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services & Deliverables

DigitalNovex provides web development, social media management, and related digital services. The exact scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined in the project proposal or invoice agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of work.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 50% is required to initiate any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared before the final launch or handover of the project files/credentials.
• Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as per government norms.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, and access credentials) in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client in providing feedback or content may extend the project delivery timeline.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-oriented nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once the development or design work has commenced. However, we ensure 100% satisfaction through revisions as per the agreed scope of work. If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, the advance amount may be refunded after deducting a small administrative fee.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and intellectual property rights to the final delivered website or creative assets. DigitalNovex reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalNovex and DRPS INDIA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
